My name is Lauren and I'm a support worker with a history of working in mental health and individual counselling.
 
 My goals are to work with individuals to help them to achieve their wants and needs. Whether that be reducing stress, coping with daily challenges or overcoming larger obstacles that are making your life more difficult. I specialize in treating anxiety related disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks, ocd and phobias. However, I have experience with a range of mental health challenges. 
 
 I offer individual counselling, social support and general support in your daily life. Sometimes people aren't ready for therapy yet require someone to be a listening ear whilst gaining support with daily tasks.... I can help with that too. However, counselling sessions are currently being conducted via telehealth which means that you can get the support you need from the comfort and safety of your own home.
